This property was absolutely disgusting. When we were given our key to our room, we noticed a damp smell. The counters were sticky and hadn’t been wiped. The furniture was scratched and extremely cheap. The floors were disgusting and covered in dirt and hair. Our sheets had somebody else’s hair on them and stains not only on the comforter, but near the top of the sheets where we lay our heads. Our windows were covered with paper (to the point where you couldn’t see outside at all). And there was a homeless man scratching at the door outside of the leasing office when we went to ask for another room. they provided us with one which wasn’t much better although we did have “clean” sheets. The deadbolt didn’t work on our door and we had to put a chair under the lock in order to feel safe. In the middle of the night, the large metal door outside our room blew off its hinges, and slammed against our room. I expect a full refund from this property as I paid $250 a night to stay in a disgrace of a hotel room. Avoid this at all cost.

Our king bed was comfortable, but our friends was very hard. Our room smelled real "musty" but our friends room was fine. Service was friendly. Coffee makers would be a nice addition to the rooms.

So dirty, no heating at all, no blankets if you ask the receptionist ( if you are lucky to find ) they have no answer for you. In 4 days none clean the room or change the towels. When you book it the photos show you completely different things for what you will find there. During the night there is none in the facility so if you need anything God save you

Hotel was very old and stale, but location was excellent! Arriving with missing luggage, we appreciated the extensive shopping opportunities within a 10 minute walk as we were able to replace missing essential items for our cruise. Staff allowed us extra time before checking out because of our situation of trying to replenish and repack. Fast food restaurant across the street proved very convenient.

The location was difficult to find. The rooms tried to be ok. The water pressure was terrible. There seemed to be rooms used for others not necessarily travelling. Would not recommend this place.

Prior to our arrival date we received several emails and text messages to confirm our reservation. Each time we tried to respond the link either did not work - or it was in Spanish. We tried calling and 3 possible published numbers did not work. We even called Hotels.com and their representative was not able to make contact with hotel either. Thankfully it worked out . However it was a bit frustrating to not know if we had a hotel that night - especially since the area had a major sports event and lots of hotels were sold out .
