The location was great and convenient to access the hop on hop off bus and bayside park. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our hotel room was very basic and would benefit from an update, particularly the bathroom. The lifts in the building are small and there was a considerable wait in the morning to catch one during checkout time.

The room was unclean with drops of blood on the floor snd grime on surfaces and walls. We tried to get a refund because it was so disgusting snd the front desk person said the manager wasnt there but she doubted we'd get a refund because we booked through expedia. We left immediately

I stayed with family for one night before a Cruise. The hotel in my opinion is dated, barely any accommodations, no pool, the ice machine on the floor doesn’t work, there is no refrigerator in room. Carpets are thick with dust. I couldn’t wait to check out.

Property was in a nice area. Booked this hotel because of proximity to the cruise terminal. Hotel room was much smaller than expected. Tiny window and view of the wall. Room was half clean. Carpet could use a deep clean. Old tissues were left on the floor under the bed and curtains. Bed was comfortable.

I was recommended this hotel by a friend because in the past they had a great experience. However the only thing I liked was the location. There were cops in the place all day even arrested someone. The rooms were dirty. The shampoo and soap in the showers looked disgusting. The bathroom door was so hard to open and closed because of how long it was. The drinks were gross. The only thing they had going was that they hold your suitcases while you wait to check in and the location. If you don’t care what the rooms look like then stay here. Because it’s in the middle of everything great nightlife and the port is super close.

Ac was not working , room temperature never went down from 77 . It just need a mayor update on the rooms . I didn’t have any options. The hotel does not have parking . Over $60 in 1 night valet parking . If you are going to just stay for a couple hours to sleep is fine . The personal are very nice but it really needs an update .
