The hotel was ok for a short stay , close to shoppings and easy to get around. The bathroom was so small i could hardly fit in it, had to leave the door open when on the toilet , because there was literally no space if it was close. Then the elevators was a disaster, waiting so long.

Al llegar solo habia un ascensor funcionando. Demasiado lento y pequeno para la cantidad de huespedes quw habian. La segunda noche solo dejaron 3 toallas y nunguna para el Piso. Al salir ya no habia ningun ascensor. La Hubicacion es perfecta.

The smell of cigarettes/smoke flowed through the vent most of the time when the AC turned on. The mini fridge didn’t work and the bath tub was a bit rusty and didn’t look very clean. One of two elevators was broken and the other was very slow, which created long wait times and crowds of guest trying to go up. I was also charged $49.72 for incidentals and I don’t know why nor was I notified of anything. I haven't been able to reach the front desk to ask about this. The only good thing is that I spent most of my time in Miami out and about but the stay at this hotel was disappointing. I won't be staying there again.

The property needs a lot of updating for the price. They only have two elevators and one did not work. We had to bring our luggage up and down the stairs while there. Lucky for us we were on the third floor. On the upside side it is centrally located to Bayside,CVS, Ross, etc..

My only issue waa that there was only 1 elevator working so we opted to take the stairs down. From the 11th floor, it took its toll after a few trips. Other than that we had an amazing time. The staff have been friendly and very accommodating. Super polite and friendly.

No airport shuttle service. Only one elevator was working. The one elevator working was slow and small. After a 30 minute wait trying to get off floor to leave, i had to carry 50lbs of luggage down 10 stories. Romm could have used a makeover.
