1. The air conditioning unit produced an excessive level of noise upon activation of the condenser, which significantly disrupted the comfort of the environment. 2. Regrettably, the overall experience during this stay was unsatisfactory in comparison to previous visit. 3. The staff demonstrated a high level of friendliness and professionalism, consistently offering helpful assistance throughout the stay. 4. The mattress exhibited a noticeable hollow, which adversely affected sleep quality and comfort. 5. The corridor, particularly on the third floor, emitted a persistent odor of humidity, suggesting potential ventilation or moisture control issues.

The staff was inviting. The area is very convenient and i like that it is next the the 24/7 pharmacy and Ross department store. The cruise port is literally 5mins away by car. They provide a VIP concierge service that you can book to transport you to the port.. The only thing that was a bit of a delay was the elevators.

I love it all, until it was time to get on the elevator. They’re only two and they’re small, this makes for long wait times. However, once in my room and saw the beautiful Miami view from our window, I forgot all about the elevator. Love the staff, each and every staff person we encountered was professional and treated us as though inviting us into their home!

Hit or Miss. Make sure you get the room you paid 4

The staff member when we checked in gave us a smaller room than what I purchased and he said it was the only one left. It was 3am because we were delayed so I didn’t argue and I went upstairs to get ready for bed and the bathroom sink was overflowing and it was not properly cleaned all around. Towels looked like they were just thrown together. I just let that go but as soon as I laid down the mattress was broken and had a huge hole that I sunk into one side of the bed. The other side was fine. That was the last straw and I told him that there was no way in hell I was sleeping there. He then changed us even though it was “the last room” and the room that we got was exactly what I paid for but it was frustrating to deal with that late at night and with a hotel I paid good money for because it wasn’t cheap. I have photos but the app isn’t letting me upload them because “they’re too big”

Elevators were broken had to walk up and down 16 flights of stairs and they wouldn't accommodate the guest. Water pressure horrible. Walls so thin you can hear everything. No washcloths in the room called front desk and i had to go get them on the malfunctioning elevator that they said would be fixed at 4pm.

Okay hotel. Very nice front staff. Would have been nice if they had refrigerator in the room. Not easy to get ice. Bathroom is very small. Road noise is loud as well as the a/c. Close to port of Miami for our cruise tomorrow.

This property is perfect if you want to sit next to the Bayside pier. There are tons of touristy things to do in this area. If your looking for a place to crash for the day after taking a fishing excursion or jet boat tour, or you would like to eat dinner in the Hard Rock. The staff here knew multiple languages and were very helpful as I watched them take care of customers at the counter.
