This hotel looks nothing like what was pictured. It truly feels like a motel disguised by the high rise it is in. There are only two elevators and they are very slow. The rooms are sparse. Two beds, a desk, a chair, and a tv, very white walls, carpet that you wonder when it was last cleaned, the scratchiest sheets and thin blankets. The air conditioning is so loud you have to choose between comfort and sleep. The shower curtain and pole were on the ground and I had to put it back up myself(not a huge deal). If I knew this is what I would receive, then no big deal. But unless they do a complete renovation, this is not a hotel I will return to. Especially since I brought my children on this trip with me and I was expecting to give them an experience in a trendy, modern hotel.

The room was very run down with patchy drywall. The walls in the bathroom were stained, the bathroom was so small you could barely turn around. The carpet was old and musty, did not feel clean. The room smelled bad. They offered complimentary coffee on arrival which was lukewarm, then had to pay for coffee in the morning. The elevators ran slow, waited 25 minutes in the morning for a packed elevator. I would not recommend this hotel, will never stay there again.

Super small bathroom, only two elevators so when checking out, we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs because we waited 20 minutes for the elevator but every time it came to our floor it was full. No fridge in the room and there was only 4 ice machines and none were in our floor. When we went to get ice we had to go to 3 of the 4 locations listed before finding one that actually worked. No washcloths in the bathroom and the shampoo dispenser that they provided in the shower didn’t work. It was not worth the money we paid but glad we were only there one night.

We had the hotel reach out on Friday by text. I requested an early check in and was told no problem. When we arrived they had no style of room we booked ready but offered an upgrade at an additional $60. I took it as we had just travelled for 24 hours and we were tired and needed to shower and change. There should be no additional cost in my opinion.

The room was extremely dirty. Floor stained and not vacuumed, dust everywhere, ice bucket tray rusted unwashed. Finger prints on phone. It was absolutely gross. This place needs a makeover and deep cleaning. Waited for the elevator for over 20 mins on embarkation morning.
