We had a wonderful stay even the spa was amazing but both the indoor and outdoor hot tub really really need better filtering and to be cleaned way more often as there was to much build up ie scum in the water

You can everything..Kids and adults running up and down the halls..Talking in the next room through the walls..You can hear ppl talking outside when windows and door is shut .. They need get new furniture not very comfortable you sink when you sit in the couch..The amount of money you pay a night they still expect you to pay for tolite paper if you run out or if you need more towels or even you would like house keeping ..When inwent looking for a coffee cup i couldnt find then then i looked in the dishwasher and all of the dishes were still in there..Not sure if they expected us to do thier job and put rhem away or not but we did not..If you wanted light you had to put a card in the slot at the door for lights to work thought we were on a cruise ship not a expensive hotel room..

Global good but for the price I think you can be better. Not proper clean, some insect in the room, to book appointements online very hard . You pay much money but nothing is free only The swimming pool and even here there are time restrictions. For this price things were supposed to be wow but didn't have that effect. I was a few minutes late for the massage because I had trouble closing my locker, and the masseuse, who was not even courteous, told us we were late and didn't wait another 05 seconds, if only out of kindness.

Cant say much about the hotel itself. Definitely needs some real upgrades, the rooms looked like half-assed renos. Like putting lipstick on a pig. Was expecting a "suite', and we got a room with a kitchenette 1 foot away from the bed. We couks have literally made pipcorn in bed for our movie. The bathroom sink was smaller than a gas station sink. The stand up shower didnt have a shower curtain long enough to keep the water inside the stall and it wasnt wide enough to even keep closed. Overall very disappointed with the room not to mention we had kids knocking on our door and running away when we had a DND sign up. A We had a room joined to ours by a door which was never communicated to us when acquiring the room I had high expectations for this place but was sadly disappointed. Wont stay here again, but i would definitely book at the spa.

Didn't find staff to be overly helpful- most were on their phones when not assisting customers ( noticed this at reception, housekeeping in the hallway, lifeguard!!!), room was good, liked the balcony. Very quiet resort. Hot tub was nice.

Room had a great view of lake! I believe we ended up in an accessible room which normally not a big deal but lack of bathroom storage space was a bit odd. The shower also had no threshold and water did leech out into the bathroom. Rest of room was very nice!
