Upon using the pool on Monday night we were forced to share with public paying customers who were getting swim lessons?! There was no mention of this when booking. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the pool, but my kids felt uncomfortable using the slide while the lessons were going on (the pool is very small). The eggs at breakfast were not good and I was burping an unpleasant taste all day after eating them. On the plus side the beds were comfy and the location was close to the c train station.

Enjoyed the stay for the one day. Comfy room. Yum breakfast. Safe and close to the malls for shopping. The swimming pool was fun for 11 year old, not so much for the 4 year old. Pool was too deep for 4 year old to enjoy and we forgot to bring our swim float toys. It would have been nice if there was some float device on site.

I was on a weekend get away with my Grandson's. We did arrive early, they nicely stored our suitcases until our room was ready. When did arrive at our room there were no towels. I asked a girl in the hallway for towels and she was going to bring some to our room, but never did. I picked up some from the front desk. The next day I asked another lady for hand towels and face cloths and she brought them to our room. The lady in the breakfast room was fantastic.

A lot of street traffic noise and the room temperature was too warm. It was set to 74 F and we couldn’t turn it down. We like to sleep in a cooler room. We turned the thermostat control to high fan and that turned on the fan under the window. It created enough white noise to drown out the street noise and cooled the room enough to sleep. We were given one bath towel, one hand towel and two face cloths for a 2 person stay. We made do and didn’t ask for more. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

This hotel was perfectly fine for our needs. Friendly staff, clean/updated room, easy parking, and affordable. My only complaint would be that our room faced McLeod Trail so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us too much. Would stay here again.

Worst sleep ever.

The hotel is very loud. For about 3.5 hours I had a kid above me running around. When I got fed up and called the front desk they made it seem impossible that any noise was being made. They stuck me beside the elevator which you clearly hear going up and down all night.
