Convenient location. Perfect for an event at the Baird Center. Front desk left us a message stating they were going to lock us out our room over a $16 charge that the card on file denied. A simple message asking us to come to the front desk would have been sufficient but threatening to lock us out over $16 was rude and ridiculous. After the inappropriate message, we discover they charged us twice for parking. Watch your receipt. They did refund us the overcharge.

Room not ready at check-in. Then gave us key but when we went to the room they were still cleaning in. Bedsheet had something (gum?) in one corner of the sheet. Heater rattled INCREDIBLY loudly so much so that it prevented a good night sleep.

I've been staying at this Hilton Hotel for over 25 years. It has gotten a bit worn but is still a wonderful property, full of Art Deco features. Lots of dining options nearby and walkable. But be on your toes if walking and stay safe - like all large cities there is some danger on the streets, especially at night

Super nice older building very pretty finishes. Our room was noisy as it was close to the elevator. It did have a nice view of the city on the 14th / top floor. I would stay here again for sure.

Stayed here for my daughter’s cheerleading competition, which was conveniently at the convention center attached to the hotel via sky-bridge. Attached parking garage was nice. Wonderful assortment of restaurants in the hotel, including a Starbucks for morning coffee. Room was spacious, clean and had one of the biggest tvs I’ve seen in a hotel room. The kids loved the pair of dogs in the lobby who are the hotels mascots.
