The room was nice and clean and the staff was nice as well. No breakfast included due to having an overpriced restaurant and the snacks were an absolute rip off. $11 for a mini Gatorade and two small granola bars is absurd. You're making enough already on the price of the room you don't need to have a ridiculous upcharge on the drinks and snacks in the lobby

The overall experience was great. Clean room, good continental breakfast - but the best thing I experienced was the service I received! There was a scheduling snafu on my reservation that was 100% my fault, and the staff was great in helping me get everything corrected! I’d definitely stay here again!! Thanks for the great service!

It took forever for the hot (luke warm) water to come to the shower. The manager at the front desk had the dirtiest blazer on that I have ever seen. It maybe even had mold on it. I imagine the hotel is not paying for his drycleaning, nor are they requiring for his clothes to be clean. The evening staff we dealt with were lovely. So was the gentleman when we left - but his attire was very offputting.

The room was nice, I had breakfast included in my stay and the front desk rep told me I did not- my receipt did in fact say breakfast was included, I told the rep and she did not give any accommodations due to this nor was apologetic about it. I wanted to enjoy the hot tub but kids were screaming in the pool and splashing in the hot tub. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

Parking and check-in were fast and easy, room was clean, bathroom was tiny. When I checked in there were no King rooms left(which is what I had booked) which was fine, but I also paid for the riverview and we didnt get that either...We got a nice view of the air conditioning unit/parking lot.

We had a room on the 2nd floor that overlooked the river, when we opened the curtains the entire outside of the window was covered in dirt/debris and cobwebs. Our stay was two nights, the first night we had a tv signal for 45 minutes, the second night we had a signal for 30 minutes. There’s only one person working the front desk so it was impossible to call down and get assistance.
