Compare Cheap Hotels in Minneapolis - St. Paul

There is a lot (lots&lots) of construction around. Had to be moved to a room not so close to the construction. Still some construction but not as bad.

Hotel was great but the pool was closed which was disappointing with 2 kids

The hotel over booked rooms so we had to settle for a smaller bed that didn't work for us after I had already prepaid. If I had known they would do that I would not have stayed here it was extremely unprofessional. Our room had no hand soap and drawers left open.

Place was fantastic. 11/10 would stay again. Sucks that there's nowhere to park except in the parking garage and that it's not includedwith your stay. Absolutely Insane... So add an extra $30 to your bill per night

Wish the pool was a little warm couldn’t enjoy it unfortunately

All of the staff looked like they had just lost their best friend and didn’t want to be there. Very unhelpful when we came with any question or concern. It was so stupid you couldn’t pay the difference so my grandson could get the item he wanted. He actually won a nice prize in the claw machine but it dropped it right before it was delivered. We told staff… they did nothing. Another machine also took his points… again nothing . Very disappointed
