Everything was great, the breakfast food was amazing as well. One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking $55 before taxes is a lot for a parking garage next door, but it’s private so using the 3rd party option is your only choice.

Clean, spacious suite for a reasonable price. The bed and pillows felt dreamy. Perfect location for walking to Target Center and Target Field. The valet parking was super convenient and easy (Hugo and Alex were professional and customer-service oriented!). Our experiences with the front desk staff were inconsistent (of the three front desk associates we interacted with over the course of two days, one was warm and friendly, one was cold and seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else, and one was a little snippy).

The only reason I didn’t give Excellent was because I was very disappointed on April 19, we went out for about 5-6 hours. When we got back to the room it haven’t even been cleaned I was very upset about that.

Our stay was great from start to finish. We were checked in by a young lady named Alex, and she went above and beyond. She signed us up for the rewards program and gave us a small goody bag for our anniversary. She even shared a few of her favorite restaurants with us, all with a smile. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well except for one guy who was a bit rude when we asked where the valet was. All in all, a wonderful experience with a clean, spacious room, good breakfast, friendly staff, and lots of perks and amenities. Five stars! Well done!

Horrible customer service.

My stay was good. The soap dispenser was out of soap, but we only stayed 12 hours for a concert so not long enough for us to care. However, on Monday when checking my card, I noticed two charges of the same amount that for the same stay of one night. I called and had the unfortunate luck to get Scott on the phone. Who first jumped down my throat and told me off about not allowing enough time (only 1 business day) for the transaction to properly post to my account and before I could pose what i was calling about. I was calling to dispute the 2nd charge. I asked for a manager and dont believe I was transferred correctly so I called back. He picked up the phone and when i asked who i was speaking with he just atuomatically transferred me away again. Again, to the wrong extension. I called back a 3rd time and still didn't get a manager and was told to dispute my 2nd charge with my card provider. Scott said he was too busy to listen to my issue and provided the worst service I have ever experienced in my 42 years of life. If I was thinking of a return stay, that is gone after the most unpleasant interaction with the rudest human on earth. He should find a different job if he can't answer the simplest of questions with poise and during high traffic times.
