This property was the most un hospitable hotel ive ever been in the staff were rude I stayed for 3 nights. I left for the day and housekeeping came in and took a bag out of my room. When I told the staff they did nothing about it and had no comment about it.

Historic Class

This is our favorite MSP hotel- it's beautiful historic building, has classy art-deco interiors, great restaurant Manny's on ground level and cocktail bar on the 30th. The observation deck gives look at the skyline from Minneapolis' first skyscraper. (romantic). NOTE: Check hours of observation deck to make sure you can get up there.

Highly recommend

Being a W property I would expect higher quality towels, linens and paper products, the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed since it was too small, the facial tissue was like sandpaper and the towels were pretty sad. Also no forewarning that they charge $60 per day for valet parking.
