I can't begin to say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in my travels but from the moment we stepped into the reception office I was blown away by the exceptional service. Specifically the front desk named Hanine (I hope I got that right) dealing with him was a total pleasure: we had a couple changes we needed to make and he maneuvered us through the whole process in such a pleasant, calm, knowledgeable, and professional way. That man deserves a raise! I don't think I have ever had better service. Later that night we went to the bar and the server was very busy but also so pleasant and efficient, big smiles and great energy. The next morning our server was an absolute delight and very helpful also despite being extremely busy. All in all, the service was outstanding!
