I had a issue with the room. It was located outside the main hotel and to get to the main hotel had to do a flight of stairs. Due to mobility this was impossible. When asked if I could have another room, I was informed that the room was chosen by Expedia and could not be changed. After more decusssion they did give me a room which accommodated the mobility issue.

Mostly everything was fine except that it's the first time in a motel that does not have an open front door. You have to be bussed in to reached the check-in desk. I'm just not sure if this is a sign of bad things happening around the neighborhood.
