The main area was clean and the staff was very kind. The room was a bit dirty (the shower had soap scum around the edges of the caulking and what seemed to be mold under the shelf in the shower). The bathroom vanity was damaged and the wallpaper in the room was peeling off which seems to be a bit odd for a new hotel. There were no instructions for the safe which was attached to the top shelf of the hall closet but the shelf was able to be removed with the safe attached to it… not very safe (lol).

Good location that is close to the airport. Shopping near by and enough overnight parking. A well stocked hot breakfast each morning, with the breakfast area and tables kept clean and tidy.

Location was convenient. Liked the tv size. Nice room size. Friendly service. Shower was ok. Parking is expensive for a small city. Room thermostat was too bright at night. Toilet was making noise when no one was using it. Bathroom door needed oiling. Pillows were too flat. Overall was an ok stay and would stay there again

Overall the hotel was great. Very comfortable and very clean. Friendly staff and easy checkin, and appreciated the underground parking. The air conditioner in the room was quite loud and could not be turned off (although we didn't complain or ask for it to be fixed, so maybe that was on us). Pool amenities could use some improvement. No robes or changes rooms, and you aren't supposed to take pool towels with you back to your room, leaving you with the option to take off your wet swimsuit in front of the window facing the courtyard or walk back dripping wet to your room. We still had a wonderful time but found the setup puzzling. We would always chose to follow the rules but they seemed to contradict each other and following them would have resulted in a lack of public decency. The neighborhood was surprisingly lovely, and we had a nice meal around the corner. While fairly standard, the free breakfast was slightly better than those we have experienced at other chains.
