It was a good stay but not great. The shower door leaked so the floor was soaked after each shower. The beds & bedding were great. TV was supposed to stream with an hdmi cord so we purchased one & it still didn’t work; smart tvs would be better. Front desk staff was wonderful. Pool was closed so no rehab possible. For the price, don’t think I’d book again.

The Pool, tge reason we selected this property,was closed when we arrived. We inquired immediately if something could be done; accesss to a sister property’s pool… I was told I woukd receive a phone call response from a manager. Nothing. Inquired again, no follow up, phoned 1800 number no help, they could not reach the front desk of property… told to phone property next week … unacceptable customer service. I would give zero starts if that was an option. Give your staff the power to meet customer needs.
