Property was nice and the room was clean & a good size. Similar to other reviews, the parking situation is annoying. Paying for parking (or choose to use the city spaces) should not be the situation for a hotel of this quality.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Excellent shower. Hotel staff super friendly. Location excellent and reasonable cost for parking in doors. We will certainly be back to Moncton and will make Wingate our stay.

The facility is very well located and lots of parking around. The surrounding areas are beautiful, we really like the skating rink on the back of the hotel and the proximity to the City's biggest shopping mall and city center. The room was very clean and comfortable, although it could use better lighting. The front desk staff was amicable at check in but I think they lacked a welcoming attituded and to provide more general information. I was not told were the pool area was or operating time. I was also not informed of timing for the breakfast, I had to inquired all of that. The entertainment system in the room was difficult to use and we ended up calling the customer service number on the screen, after 20 mins, the agent was able to connect our device to the system. It was a bit stressful, not what a hotel stay should be. Besides that, I really like this location, might consider coming back.

Staff, beds & bedding, cleanliness, pool were excellent. Lovely included full breakfast- only all hot items in covered metal containers were not hot, not even warm. Was a shame to make an excellent breakfast become just so so.
