Food was very good - room was clean and bed was comfortable! Lazy River was a plus even for us adults! Beer was cold and drinks were great! Room was always cold and cleaned each day which was good! Frig was restocked each day with 2 beers and soft drinks and water! Bathroom was small but nice and clean. They did want 40.00 to add lobster which we did not pay or eat. Go early for supper or just do the buffet which was delicious

Bringing the Jamaican culture into the hotel and promoting it in a positive way has made the stay most enjoyable, and as a UK Jamaican, making me feel like I’m coming back home with the genuine authentic food options. The rooms were cleaned well. The staff were on hand to assist with anything.

Incredible Staff & Entertainment, But Rooms and Buffet Need Upgrades The customer service at this hotel is truly top-notch. From the dining team to the entertainment staff, every employee was kind, resourceful, and genuinely attentive. They made the stay feel special and welcoming. The entertainment for both kids and adults was excellent, offering a fun and engaging experience for all ages. Additionally, the aesthetic and landscaping outside the hotel is absolutely stunning 10/10 in beauty and design. That said, there’s room for improvement, especially given the price point. The guest rooms need a decor refresh, the beds were uncomfortable, and the balcony furniture appeared outdated and worn. The buffet food was average, lacking variety, especially in fresh fruits, and there were no fresh-pressed juice options. On a brighter note, the slush drinks were fantastic cold, refreshing, and perfectly made. The Asian restaurant was a standout: the chickpea appetizer and soup were delicious, and the chef and staff offered some of the best service we experienced during our stay. Suggestions for Improvement: • Modernize room interiors and upgrade bed comfort and balcony furniture. Clean better. • Improve buffet offerings, especially fresh fruit and juice options. • Maintain the excellence of the entertainment and Asian dining experience.

Most of the staff need to have better customer service. This is an all inclusive hotel, but they charge you for room service. THIS IS TERRIBLE!!!

The friendliness of all the staff. The variety of entertainment nightly, the variety of restaurants, featuring different cuisines and the buffet selection was excellent. We had an excellent time.

Greetings. I visited this resort in 2018. I returned because of the remarkable place it was and all of it's amenities. I was told it was under a new management and company. It is clearly a different place. The activities daily were great and many of the staff who worked to make it enjoyable did an outstanding job. Unfortunately this was my second time but my last time.

Nightmare check in

Check in was a nightmare. They were completely unorganized and had people waiting 45 minutes to check in. And then once checked in we along with everyone else were told we had to come back for our keys, which took another 30 minutes
