Nice room. Nice bathroom. I am used to small rooms. This one was a bit smaller than others I had in Paris and London. Tight with a couple bags. But we just organized our spots

Excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms were cleaned too late in the day. This was frustrating. The room itself was clean and air conditioned. The bed was very comfortable.

Great spot

This was my third time staying at this hotel and most likely the last. The room I got smelled really bad, I tried to call the front desk but was connected to an AI operator. After taking my luggage and heading down to the receptionist, I was given a new room. It had the same horrible smell. I spent the night there but cancelled my future reservation. Maybe not all rooms have this problem, but I’m not willing to risk it. The check in process was smooth and the receptionists were quick and competent.

This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay.

Perfect for my first time in Paris and for a solo trip, the floor in my room was not particularly clean and the air-conditioning was bad quality. Bathroom compact. Bed was very comfy! The location of the hotel itself was perfect, near Metro stations and in a gorgeous area.
