Excellent location in central Paris

Wonderful staff at the reception desk! They were friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. On-going renovations had no impact on our stay. Location in central Paris is incredibly convenient to the Chatelet Metro station, many key monuments/attractions, and local area offers many dining options. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying at this location, which is so convenient! Easy to walk to sites in the area or as far away as the Eiffel Tower! If i return to Paris, this hotel will be on my list for accommodations. They are undergoing renovations, but it wasn't a problem at all!

The pictures online ARE NOT the hotel. The hotel is under construction and there’s a lot of construction around the area. Theres bars right outside your window plus the metro entrance. You will hear people up at all hours of the night. The first night was the worse. After flying for 15 hours we would have really appreciated a good night sleep. It was 3am and there was people outside our window breaking bottles. We informed the hotel the next morning, their response was “you’re the only one that has complaint” we heard it for the next two nights as well.

It is very convenient location with metro right in front of the hotel. Shopping mall is right next to it. There were many restaurants, cafe nearby.

The hotel was extremely well located, walking distance to both Norte Dame and the Lourve. The train was located right in front of the hotel, a yards away. There were plenty of earing option in every direction. This hotel is very convenient for those that want yo get to all the important Paris attractions as well as finding really good food.

The property is average and mainly supports business travelers and not families. The bathroom is see through and even with the option to change the screen to be not see through. It still is if the bathroom lights are on. You can’t have children in the same room and take a shower… The hotel takes an additional €150/- deposit even if the room is paid in full just in case. The hotel failed to inform us of France tourism tax before checking in. They informed us when we were checking out that there would be a France Tourism Tax for per adult. Otherwise the hotel is convenient, it’s near the metro, 15 minutes walk to the various sites in Paris.

We stayed for a week (family of 4) in a superior room. The room itself was basic/unrenovated but clean. The staff was fantastic - friendly and helpful - and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the convenient access to the Metro/RER, Monoprix, and the short walk to the Marais.

A fantastic hotel which is located in a lovely part of Paris, surrounded by lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling as a family.
