We had a wonderful stay as always which is why we keep returning to this hotel. We were greeted by lovely friendly reception staff who checked us in really quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for a great stay. There was a balcony from which we could see the Eiffel Tower. We love to end the evening with a cocktail in the rooftop bar with beautiful views across Paris and excellent service from lovely staff. The location is excellent with metro stations a 5 minute walk away so you can get all over Paris. Montmartre is a lovely location itself with a lovely village feel. It’s lively with lots of great bars and restaurants. There’s also a small Christmas market at this time of the year with a great champagne bar. We always try to stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

Customer service was 10/10 best I have ever received at any hotel. Rooftop bar was spectacular, location of hotel was really nice, so beautiful. Room really nice too! Everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel welcome—offering a warm greeting, a complimentary drink, and even helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. They did a room change for us our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of exceptional—fresh pastries, croissants, fruits, etc made-to-order omelets, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and tea . Service was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff.❤️❤️❤️🙏👏👏👏👏👏Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and personalized. They anticipated my needs, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. This was, without question, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
