Reservation had been paid for in advance. Check in staff claimed that Expedia had not forwarded the funds. I responded that was a problem between the motel and Expedia, he needed to call Expedia. He replied, it was my problem, I had to call Expedia. As I began to look for supporting documents the staff told me he was able to "manually" process the payment. Why had he not already arrempted to manually complete the transaction??

The room was very clean and in good condition. The bathroom was a bit small, but good water pressure and reliable hot water. During the day the area around the motel seems fine. At night the parking area is not well lit and between the people hanging out and the overall area, you don't get the most comfortable feeling. Overall its close to Montreal and worth the price.

One of my favorite properties

I like this place i go here pretty often when I need a 1 or 2 day stay, it's location next to Champlain mall plenty of restaurants and terminus/rem station Panama gives easy access to Montreal . It's cozy , tiny bathroom with a big tub and good water pressure the beds are not squeeky and comfortable wifi always works and AC is the best it's the old 70s under the window style AC and cools the room in seconds. The one and only thing I would really change about this place is their cable plan they have Videotron and it shows all the channels they can have but basically only offer the channels we got back when we could still use attennas other than that it's a really nice stay it can get noisy a bit weekends but never long and usually just as bars are closing when ppl are heading in or around midnight but never seen it noisy enough to bother me never even had to raise the sound on the tv to music before I highly recommend this property there arent many left that are in this price range and are this nice of a property and their staff just puts the cherry on top always super happy to greet and send you on your way super quick and pleasant to talk with .

Établissement est dans un piètre état, les moquettes atroces, les couvertures et les rideaux jamais lavées, AC fonctionne mal, les odeurs fortes qu’on tente de cacher avec les sent-bons chimiques qui étouffent! Je ne le recommande pas, surtout pour un prix aussi élevé!

La maison est très vieille, elle sent fortement le tabac, avec une odeur terrible de cannabis. L’alarme de secours se déclenchait à cause des fumeurs. Les couvertures sentent également la fumée de cigarette.

The place wasn't what i booked. Be very careful of looking at the pictures. Not all rooms are the same. We booked the place thinking that there's a jacuzzi in the room because the pictures of the room has one but it was not the case when we arrived. We would of booked a more expensive place but we didn't want to stay in the motel so day; when we travel, id like to be outside as much as possible. With that being said: The motel is very ghetto. The room we got had an AC unit in there but i think someone peed in it, so the smell is like urine when you turn it on. It's very sad but i wouldn't recommend to stay here unless you're desperate.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this hotel. I fell ill during my stay and asked for help to clean up after I was sick, but no one came to assist me. I had to endure a bad smell in my room until the next day. To make matters worse, when I was finally contacted by the hotel manager, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner about my situation instead of offering an apology or a solution. I expected at least some empathy or a gesture to make up for the inconvenience, but instead, I was told not to return to the hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
