We stayed here with our two teenage daughters (family of four). It was a very spacious bedroom with two double beds and a separate room with a couple of chairs and microwave/fridge/coffee machine. All the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. We loved being sufficiently far away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square but still walkable. If you're not big walkers like us, there is a subway station one block away. Enjoyed the adjoining restaurant for breakfast on a couple of occasions and there's a great sports bar right opposite the hotel. Only a few blocks from Central Park and the Hudson River. Great value for money.

Terrible 2 star hotel

I choose this hotel because it was mentioned its 4 star . I came all the way from dubai and this hotel doesnt even can be compared to our 2 star hotels. Not even complimentary water in room , bottle of water in room is 6.75$ . I asked for baby crib at time of booking , when i went to room i had to call front desk and request for Crib . Also i asked for handyman to fix lamp bulbs . Safebox in room wasnt working and ask handyman to fix it , it took him 30 minutes to fix the issue . View of room was roof of other buildings . When you arrive they say closest parking is ipark and they have discount if you say you are from hotel . So instead of 65$ you will be charged 50$ per night and thats only when you stamp parking ticket at front desk if not parking guy doesn't care . Dont park in there there are plenty of parkings around with rate of 40$ per night and i found out at second night . Hotel staff are nice and friendly . Coffee maker in room wasn't working properly , when you put capsule in it door of machine wouldn't close , so i had to push it down and hold it to until it finish's brewing . They charge 200$ for night , fair price of this hotel is less than 100$ . Overall rating is 2

This hotel is a total gem! The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. The woman who checked me in—a middle-aged lady with short hair—was incredibly professional and kind. I had just asked to drop off my stuff and grab breakfast before coming back for check-in at 4 PM, but she went ahead and gave me an early check-in. Such a nice surprise! The room was surprisingly spacious (a rare find in NYC) with comfy, clean sheets. The cleaning staff did an amazing job—even cleaned my room the next day without me even asking. The location is great—easily walkable to lots of places, plus the train station is just a 4-minute walk away, and there’s a CVS nearby too. Overall, an awesome experience! Huge shoutout to the reception, cleaning, and door staff—they really made my stay great!
