We booked 2 adults 2 kids and after we checked in we found out the hide a bed was tired up and not to be used! So we didn’t have a bed for the kids. We talked to front desk who eventually helped us with another room but this did take some to accommodate. The second room didn’t have enough space so we had to split up the family. So 1 adult and 1 child slept in either room. We didn’t have to pay for the second room which we were grateful for but this wasn’t what we had booked which was a little frustrating! The hotel is also dated and pretty run down for the cost of the room! But we made it work.
