Staff bumped our booking because we used Expedia. Two double bed rooms turned into two king rooms which made some of our kids not get a bed. When we showed them our booking they told us they wouldn’t do anything about it because we used Expedia. No security in parkade. Homeless people all over parkade and no security key to enter building. This place used to be so nice but it’s run down and under staffed. It’s called a spa but only delivers 2 star hotel amenities. We won’t be staying again.

Room was old and outdated and needed repair and freshening up…old scratched furniture, walls scraped and need touchups, electrical plugins were basically extension cords all over the place, poor lighting, zero vanity space in bathroom, and had to work off the toilet and tank, as well as the tub and floor. Bed was clean and comfortable. Window was blocked by huge sign and we could barely look out.

Old, worn and dated

The room was old and dated with damage all over the place. Tub had moldy caulking. Headboards were both scratched. Tv armoire was damaged and worn. Carpet was dirty. Best thing was the hot mineral water, even that area was worn looking. Hotel needs a refresh.

For a hotel that prides itself on being a spa resort, it was outdated and not very clean. Check in was slow and only after waiting for 20 minutes did a second staff member arrive to help with the lineup. Our trip was rushed so we didn’t get a chance to explore the spa, which I imagine is nicer than the rooms, but for a place to sleep, I’d rather pay less and stay somewhere newer.

Cleaning staff not helpful! I have not asked for much! I have tided up room my self but asked maids to give me coffee cups, she gave me 2 K cups! When I asked for another 2 for afternoon she responded that she had another rooms to stock as well. This did nit sit well with me as my spouse and I are coffee lovers and I was nit sure how was this relevant to my request! I did not think I was robing property! Very disappointed! Room vas very run down. Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress springs were damaged and vas very unpleasant night. I wanted to ask for another room but my husband turned mattress around and next night I slept better. Pool was very nice as well as staff working around it! I had booked massage with RMT as well. I have had massages done by RTM for very long time due to my back issue. This was the worst kind. Very disappointed that this person holds licence.

Very dated for the price of the rooms. The salt pool is lovely. If they updated the decor, I’m sure they’d raise the room prices of course, which are already a bit high for what you receive.
