With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. I would especially like to thank Noraly and Nadim for going above and beyond to help my teammates resolve their issues. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property was clean, easy to find and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great and convenient.

The rooms are very clean and the staff helpful. Our biggest recommendation would be to have mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Being up on the mountain is glorious, but planning meals with limited options/ operating times in the area made our stay a bit challenging. Having the ability to have some yogurt, milk, cheese, etc. on hand would have made our stay even more enjoyable.
