The stay was very comfortable. We liked the staff and the free breakfast and dinner was a nice extra. We enjoyed the room and location and it worked as a nice respite.

Front desk clerk is great

We got a nice lil suite upgrade when the desk person heard we were flying out the next morning for vacation. Unexpected and very nice gesture!

Very convenient. Located across the street from a subway station that took you to the ballpark for free. Great place to stay to see a ballgame.

Such a wonderful stay friendly, clean and perfect location to walk around grab a bite to eat and see the site for a quick stop in Pittsburgh.

Great location first of all. Not far from the Pointe. The Market. And walking distance to PNC Park. And the on off bus that takes you around. And a tour guide tells you about different buildings attractions ect. Stops right at the hotel. AWESOME LOBBY. My room was clean. The staff all were friendly. From the people that take care of the room to wait staff ect. All say Hi with a smile. If I can say one negative thing. But no biggie. Every hotel is different. I just wish breakfast was free. But the breakfast was good. Just like the free breakfast when you are already spending a lot of money around the town on vacation.
