Room was clean and staff was pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great, just surprised there was not a coffee maker in the room. Not a problem, they have a 24 hour Starbucks, just a surprise.

In the room, the air conditioner was loud and vibrated when it kicked on every time. In the parking lot, half the lights were out, which is a safety issue. And, the lights under the canopy at the entrance were all out. Regarding the staff, we were assured of a phone call from the manager after providing evidence of the issues. Nobody contacted us, which is an indication that they don’t really care.

Great breakfast, location to the concert arena was perfect

Our stay was great. The hotel staff was great and the rooms were very clean.

Room was run down/old. Shower head was coming out of the wall and couldnt get the water hot. The phone in the room was making a loud buzzing noise so I just disconnected the cord. Rest of venue and area was super.l, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy access.to a late.checkout that was needed.
