We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Enclave in Myrtle Beach. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained grounds. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We stayed in a spacious king suite with a partial ocean view. The suite was clean and well-appointed, giving plenty of space to relax. The bed and couch were a bit firm for my personal preference, but I got used to them over the week. The resort amenities were great. The indoor pool was unfortunately closed for about half of our stay, but the outdoor pool was open, warm, and very inviting. The hot tub was a relaxing bonus after a day out. One highlight was the on-site sports bar. The food was very good, and it was a convenient spot to grab a casual meal or watch a game. Overall, it was a lovely stay with great service, comfortable accommodations, and enjoyable amenities. We would definitely return.

Staff was friendly and helpful, suite was clean, well appointed, and comfy. Full disclosure: we were only there for one night for an event in the area so didn’t try any of the amenities but it all looked very inviting. Also, being off season, it was quiet. Summer might be a different story.

After taking a shower the entire bathroom floor was soaked. There was no barrier to stop the water from running across the floor making it difficult not to slip when drying off. I could not imagine staying a full week without taking a shower. I did see a roach in the bathroom. He had no problem with the water it seemed.

awesome place to stay. very luxury. one of our kitchen cabinet door was loose but we never use kitchen. water pressure was lower than we are use too. but overall........we where very pleased. this is our 3-4 time staying and we love it

Not checking guest into a knowingly under maintenanced room. Greed is a terrible thing. Staff were kind and provided space heaters and fans for us to get thru our annual Thanksgiving stay but this should have never been the case. Booked room in January and Hilton Member but none of that mattered. Not sure if we will return next year.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean—from the lobby to the rooms, you can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. Every team member I interacted with was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ve already booked my next visit!
