Great hotel! The area around the property was beautiful and it was nice and quiet, while being still close to the main road and the airport. Good dining options in Ladysmith 5 minutes down the road. Breakfast was excellent.

My family and I recently stayed at Microtel in Ladysmith, BC, and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Rajan, the receptionist, ensured a smooth check-in, and Shelly, who managed breakfast, provided excellent service that made mornings even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped for comfort. The beds were incredibly cozy, guaranteeing a restful sleep. One of the standout features was the in-room kitchenette, complete with utensils, which made it convenient to prepare meals for our kids. The hotel's amenities—including the fitness center, pool, and its convenient location—enhanced our stay. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. I highly recommend Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oyster Bay to anyone visiting Ladysmith. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning!

This hotel is right next to the highway and the traffic noise is very loud all night. If you’re going to stay at this place, you have to assist on the other side of the hotel away from the traffic. Or bring earplugs!

Where the hotel is located is very close to the airport, so for people like me needing to go there, they aren't far from it. The only thing I have a negative experience with was the cards for the doors, it just flashes the doors both red and green, not either one specifically, so it was really confusing the first time that happened.
