It’s quiet hotel, front desk for checkin was accommodating but checking out they didn’t let me stay till 1pm… only till 11:30 and lady on the phone was rude!! She says NO late check out…

The place is convenient from the ferry terminal when coming in late. Amber was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was good and the lady that runs it kept the place clean and always replenish the food

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is not ideal but easy to find and plenty of parking. It's really a no frills room. View on the parking lot. Good for sleeping and that's it.

Everything was great, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that there is no elevator. So if you can’t manage stairs request a first floor.

The employees are wonderful. Very kind and ready to help. The bathroom cleanliness could improve, the bathtub was not cleaned every day (I spent three nights with you). If the sauna is not working, you should not advertise using this photo. I loved the location as I walk to the beach and park every day.

Paint was peeling off the ceiling. Carpets are old and dirty. Room had a stale smell. Beds are VERY firm. Some may like that, but would prefer a little more cushion.
