Pros: great communication with host. They were able to accommodate an early check in for us with a fee at a late notice. We appreciated this because we were leaving another home to come here and meet a group of family members. The size of the home is great to comfortably fit multiple families. The large suites were able to fit couples with children who even had their own beds to sleep on! This was awesome and sometimes a rare find given the price range. The pool was nice. AMAZING that there were 2 fridge/freezers! This was so convenient to store EVERYONES items and cases of beverages. Everything was in working order.Cons: while I understand this home was likely to be booked with families with large groups w/children, the couch was discolored and had numerous stains on the fabric. The other two leather couches were fine. This is a small issue and likely not at fault if the host but the guests.The home could probably use a dehumidifier or moisture absorbers or something to assist with a musty odor that was more noticeable in the bedroom/bathroom I stayed in as well as removal of the mold on the air vents in the kitchen and in the bathroom. These cons didn’t interfere with remaining on the property nor were they things that could be fixed immediately but would be beneficial to change in the future. Overall, we had a decent stay at this home and were comfortable. The host was very responsive, polite, and accommodating!

Perfect location

This is a well located property. So convenient to shopping of all kinds, close to major route to multiple beaches and activities. The pool (which was partially shaded) is a relaxing place any time of day. Lots of activity for all ages.The bedroom layouts are flexible with adequate baths for all guests. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook for a large family. The barbecue was handy. The baby accessories were helpful to have available.A few suggestions for improving stay would include a disposal(if allowed), an ice maker in the fridge, refurbishing or replacing dining chairs. No deal breakers. A great base for an active family. Thank you.

Spring Break in Naples

This location was clean and had a lot to offer. There is a ton of space and to relax and comfy beds to sleep in. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and making meals in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this property to families and friends!

nice location with a lot of room

We needed a larger home for a golf trip. Having six rooms and all the bathrooms in this home was perfect for our group. This is our second time at the home because its clean and extremely well appointed too. The pool was a great bonus to have on a few hot days.

Good house for a large group

This house was great for our bachelorette group. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable and was nice having a pool for everyone. Would recommend bringing your own towels for showering as the towels we were given were not all the same (some very small and thin) and most didn’t look like proper bath towels.
