Two blocks from the beautiful beach, five-minute stroll to a 5Th Avenue restaurants, theatre, shops, and 20 minutes walk to a gourmet supermarket.
No need for a car but if you have one there is assigned parking available.
The condo is well equipped, with modern and clean line furniture, beautiful hardwood and tiled floors. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out corner sofa in the living room.
