Nice rooms, balcony, bathrooms and beds. Do not like the extra resort charges plus the $40 a night to park. Also requested late checkout and was denied even though I’m a honors member. Too many kids in the hot tub…. would be nice to have an adults only option at least for that. Lastly food / drink service would be nice at the beach for the price and extra fees per night.

The Hilton Resort is a hidden gem. The ocean view rooms are amazing. The staff was very helpful. The private beach was awesome and just a short walk down the pier/ramp. The pool entertainment was really good with live music at night and a DJ during the day. The on-site restaurant is good and there are several dining options right across the street. The sunsets were breathtaking! I highly recommend

The area around the resort is really nice. Right across the street is amazing restaurants we had for a birthday dinner. The resort itself….well it needs work. It’s very old and outdated. The pool has swimming bugs in it. And the staff at the desk is so rude and unfriendly. It’s unbelievable. Customer service clearly not a priority and it’s very disappointing coming from a Hilton.
