Very nice property. Great service everywhere but the restaurant. We wound up eating at the bar after being ignored at our table for about 20 minutes. The food took longer than it should have for a cheeseburger and a salad. The bartenders were great.

Paid extra for the breakfast package. It was horrible, there were flies all over the food at the buffet, had to get breakfast some where else. Paid for a full ocean view, when I got to my room, it was partial view and full view of the pool, went to the front desk and was told only the king rooms had full views. Has to call for towels all the time and my room wasn’t cleaned properly. Complained at the front desk but was told there was nothing they can do for me

I loved this place! PERFECT location!! If you want to do a vacation where you can do both beach and pool this is the place for you! This hotel is right on the beach, our view from the room was amazing! Very family friendly! My only if was the beds were a little hard but overall amazing! I will definitely be going back!!!!

Location and surrounding areas are amazing. But the hotel itself lack of more dining options, friendlier staff, and hygiene when it comes to the breakfast buffet. Everything at the buffet was packed with flies because they would let the doors open which makes it disgustingly unhealthy. Oh it also needs more kids friendly activities.

I love that they include 2 beach loungers and an umbrella. The rooms and beach were nice! My only complaint is that the restaurant there was not great. And the service in the restaurant during dinner was really lacking!
