We checked in a little after 3pm on Friday, October 31. The front desk agent was very friendly but seemed a little out of their element. We were asked if we wanted a King room instead of a Queen room at no extra charge. We said sure. When we got to the room, we noticed it had kind of a weird smell, almost like a burning smell, and was also a Double Queen room - No big deal, it's what we booked so I wasn't going to complain. We did have a slight issue with the room so we went down and asked if we could change rooms. I asked if we could get the King instead of Queens, and were told they didn't have any available. The room switch was handled quickly, we got our new room which had the same smell, I think may have been the AC, but it went away quickly so I don't think it was an urgent issue. All in all, hotel was nice - clean, very quiet, and the staff was friendly.

The people of the hotel were super nice. "Southern Hospitality"!! Robert in the evening was professional and told me what to do when my flight was delayed until 1am. Nice "blond long hair lady" in the morning was the most friendly person I've ever met. All the staff was wonderful. Very clean and the lobby smells good. Perfect stay. Will definitely book here again for future stays. Price:affordable Pool:yes and clean with lounges to lay on Cleanliness:10/10 super clean Costumer service:10/10 super friendly Breakfast:included (free) toast, waffles, cereal, egg cheese omelette, muffins, oat meal, juices and coffee etc Room: clean sheets and towel. Room temp comfortable and thermostats was working Car service: no ride to airport Uber: affordable Surrounding areas: a lot of places to eat and drink. Beaches are clean and friendly.
