We checked in a little after 3pm on Friday, October 31. The front desk agent was very friendly but seemed a little out of their element.
We were asked if we wanted a King room instead of a Queen room at no extra charge. We said sure.
When we got to the room, we noticed it had kind of a weird smell, almost like a burning smell, and was also a Double Queen room - No big deal, it's what we booked so I wasn't going to complain.
We did have a slight issue with the room so we went down and asked if we could change rooms. I asked if we could get the King instead of Queens, and were told they didn't have any available.
The room switch was handled quickly, we got our new room which had the same smell, I think may have been the AC, but it went away quickly so I don't think it was an urgent issue.
All in all, hotel was nice - clean, very quiet, and the staff was friendly.
