Won’t come back

Hotel was pretty run down. Outside looks new and renovated but the hotel rooms are run down. Our blinds were broken and bathroom had hairs from prior guest. No one was attending the reception so we couldn’t checkout and get a statement of our stay.

front desk friendly and welcoming. But we have a cockroaches in the Room . At the checkout the was not body there to talk . So I didn’t like the condition off the Rooms overall

It's not like the photo, the room was dirty, the sink faucet had a little water, the kitchen cabinets were dirty with spilled milk, there was a nail clipper and a sock that someone had left, the pillows and sheets had hair and a smell of sweat, in conclusion horrible, we leaved the hotel in one hour.

There was no hair dryer. I’ve never stayed in a hotel anywhere that didn’t have a dryer. The woman at the front desk did not have a list of restaurants nearby, nor did she have suggestions. We did not have dinner as a result. I felt adding $50 (non returnable) was a steep fee to pay for a pet who did’t cause a single problem.

Costumers running in the hallways and jumping in the middle of the night. Moving furniture. The place didn't feel very safe. Not enough towels, no water in the sinks, no hairdryers in the rooms, and no pleasant smell. A non-smoking room felt like a smoking room.

This is an ok Hotel for a traveler through the Naples area for one night. Staff was good! I did not Like the smell of Marihuana all around the hotel and some little cockroach that showed in the kitchen, forcing us to put all food into the fridge.
