We had a great stay again!! This time we celebrated our 21st Anniversary there and they didn't disappoint. Friendly service, clean room and a beautiful view over Nashville! It is definitely a favorite for us now. We will definitely come back again.

The hotel is well-located for access to the Downtown area. Staff was pleasant, room comfortable and clean. One thing- the Library bar and restaurant in the lobby, while perfectly fine for food and drink, had terrible service-- staff was pleasant, but basically ignored the tables, not topping off coffee, not checking in-- happened on two separate occasions.

Room was great, comfortable and clean. You do hear noise pretty easy through walls and in hallways in only reason giving 4 star. The bar/restaurant off main floor are very nice and enjoyed all additional seating area in main lobby to hang out as well. Would stay again
