Went to get a shower and there was no shampoo. Also it was a handicap equipped room so the shower nozzle was detachable but pressure was so weak it was not a good shower. Also no waters or welcome bag at check-in for silver loyalty program…. What’s the point of being loyal….

The hotel itself was fine, I guess but finding it was impossible and I was kind of annoyed that when we finally did find the place there was a parking fee.

The room overall was good. The area was convenient to local attractions plenty of food options nearby. I will say to charge for parking when it is a scarce as it was it a bit of a stretch and was almost inclined to asked for the charge to be refunded. We also did not have drinks for breakfast due to the dispenser being down.

I paid extra for a handicap room and they said it was out of order so that upset me but I ended up still getting a walk in shower and a shower chair which was easier on me so I do appreciate that so much

OUTDATED

Writing this at 3:56 AM. AC made a constant whirling sound. Unplugged to sleep. Refrigerator vibrated when running. Turned off. 21st century and the only place to use an HDMI was a clock which was broken. Reported. Never replaced on our 2nd night. Could hear the floor creak when the person upstairs walked. Walls paper thin. $10 a night extra to park? Our visit here became two trips. Our first and last.
