We had no soap provided in room, even to wash hands. We asked at front desk and was given shower gel. Did not understand TV. Only very few stations available for Live TV… the rest said “off line”. Check in staff was fine but not overly friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

I picked this hotel because of it's convenient location near the interstate and overall positive rating. Check in was easy and they gave us complimentary bottles of water and a Nashville city guide. In the lobby there is a coffee/hot water station that is always available. It was really nice to be able to make hot chocolate in the evening and coffee in the morning. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was available from 6am-10am and had a nice variety of options. All in all it was a really nice place to stay and I would stay there again.
