My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Parking was a major issue — the lot is very limited, with small spaces, and some guests parked across two spots, making the situation even worse.
On the first night, the fire alarm in my room began to chirp at 3:30 a.m. due to what appeared to be an old battery that hadn’t been replaced. Someone had to come to my room in the middle of the night to fix it.
Unfortunately, the same issue happened again the next night around 12:30 a.m., which was completely unacceptable.
The room lacked basic amenities, including a convenient outlet near the bed for charging a phone, as well as an ironing board and iron. I needed to go to the front desk to pick them up myself. The lack of accessible outlets is an easy issue to fix—simply install bedside lamps with built-in charging ports. As it stands, in some rooms, like the one I was in, you have to charge your phone across the room, which is very inconvenient
To make things worse, the noise level was terrible. Guests were screaming outside, down to the parking lot around 12:30 a.m., and the walls were so thin that I could hear everything as if it were happening in my room.
Lastly, the beds need better bedding — the single thin blanket provided was not nearly enough to stay warm or comfortable.
On the positive side, the staff is great, and the location's convenience is wonderful, especially if you are visiting Disneyland.
