The AC/Heater worked fine. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. From desk employees were very friendly. The mini fridge had an unpleasant odor, so I would say that wasn't the greatest. Didn't have many outlets in the room to plug things into.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Alamo. We usually stay across from Disneyland entrance, but found this location to be more convenient for walking to Downtown Disney. Uber pickup was also much easier. We had a king room, which was spacious and had a wonderful front patio with comfy chairs. We will definitely stay here again.

Almost everything was what I’d hoped for; just like last year. If you want to know what I would improve, it was already being taken care of. I thought the pillows could be better. When I was leaving, there was a hotel supply truck delivering many boxes labeled pillows. I will also be back next year.

I stay here every time I go to Disneyland! Park is across the street. Seven minute walk to security through Downtown Disney. Super clean, quiet and comfortable.
