The room was clean and sufficient. Nothing fancy but we were only there to sleep, so it was enough. The location to Downtown Disney was very convenient. I chose this place because of the free parking. With the amount of time we planned to be there (early morning flight), it just made the most sense not to have to pay hotel parking and Disneyland parking. The staff was great. I loved how they immediately stood when I walked up to the office. They were courteous and accommodating. We really weren't on the property much, but when we were there, we were comfortable. I would definitely considering staying there again.

The room was fairly clean, the staff were super kind and helpful, and the price was quite good for the area. My only complaints would be the bed and pillow. They weren’t particularly comfortable. Other than that, though, I quite enjoyed our stay.

It was okay, but the quality of the bedding of terrible, the sheets and the blanket were old and smelly. Room is okay the personal are nice and helpful.

Was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I also loved that parking was not only free, but they allow parking past checkout time (up to 6pm). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
