The property and everything was very good. However there was a party going on on the roof on the second night that was incredibly loud and made vibrate things in our room making it impossible to sleep in my case until 1AM. This was very disruptive and upsetting. I did the half of the night fee back after I complained to the manager

The room was clean but dated. The sink was so low I thought it was for kids and I’m 5’2”. The rooftop Lounge is tiny and you can’t seat on the couches unless you are a party of 6+. The Steakhouse food was excellent but it took them over an hour to serve us 2 steaks with mash. But what pissed me off the most that the charged me $150 per night up front for incentives and the said that valet parking will be part of the incentives but they tried to charge me that up front too. Also valet parking is a rip off. They charge $72 a night but they are surrounded by public parking garages that offer a 24 hour stay for $40. I always stay at Marriott hotels and I never get charged incentives up front and valet parking is $45 a night but I wanted to try something new. I’m never staying at a Hilton again.
