Our stay was perfect and the staff was very kind and helpful. (The Peloton bike wasn't connected to the Wi-Fi, so that was a bit of a disappointment. I didn't have time to ask for someone to reconnect it so I just used the other equipment.)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area is well lit and seems safe. The hotel is conveniently located to the casino, French quarter, restaurants, and shopping. The bed was was comfortable. The room was pretty clean, although I did find an empty water bottle from a previous guest between the headboard and nightstand. The hotel could use some updating. The food served from the bar was good, as we're the pastries and bread from P J's Cafe. They had a breakfast buffet for $22, but we didn't try it. I would stay there again based on overall cleanliness, friendliness of staff, convenience and safety.

The Location of the hotel is perfect at canal st. It has a restaurant in the 1st floor, also a cafe & beignets place next to the hotel it is so convenient… Casino and mall are right there too. You Can just walk to French Quarter, bourbon St, the port, aquarium, Catedral of St Louis and more. Particularly about room experience it was ok, but could be better. The AC never got under 68F, the city is so hot and Pool wasn’t open because it’s “under construction” that’s why I cant reward this hotel as 5 stars.

NOLA Jazz Fest stay

The hotel has a good location, staff was friendly. We appreciated the daily housekeeping but they failed to vacuum the carpets were not clean when we arrived and were not vacuumed during our stay.

THE GOOD, BAD & THE NOT SO GOOD AT ALL THING

THE LOCATION WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT BUT THE ROOM LOOKED WORN AND THE BENCH PERHAPS FOR LUGGAGE/SITTING WAS SOILED AND HONESTLY DISCUSSING! IT JUST DID NOT FEEL OR LOOK LIKE A $200.00+ ROOM PER NIGHT!
