Overall stay was nice. Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and professional, and location was excellent for walking commute to Bourbon Street and Superdome. Stayed on the 28th floor so noise from the street was not an issue. Be aware parking is valet only and drop off location is at the rear on Common Street. Would have given 5-stars, however the shower water was only lukewarm despite taking a shower at 11:30 pm and 6 am!!
