Not worth the hype

Valet was very unprofessional. Rooms were not sound proof, as i heard a baby crying all nite long. No microwaves on the rooms and room service barely i dersttod english when trying to order food, i was so frustrated i just walked to the casino and ate. Was very disappointed with the accommodations, especially with rates being charged,incidentals and other things for a 2 nite stay. Paid $600 for the worst NOLA experience to date.

The Front desk attendant that checked us in (Amanda?) incredibly personable friendly and nice. That is a gem for the property. Breakfast was good and both service staff on were both friendly. The room we were checked into, one of the towels hung up appeared to have had an old coffee stain on it, & the peephole had a piece of toilet paper crammed into it so no one could look through left over from the last person who stayed here
