I love this hotel. The staff was courteous and professional and assisted at a moment’s notice. The doorman was very attentive. He assisted me to obtain an Uber when the first one was very below standard.

We love Lowes Hotels, this one included. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Knowledgeable about dining and fun options. The rooms are clean and very accommodating. We only wish the pool was outside but we still had fun.

Meh…

The reason for my “okay” rating has to do with the condition of the rooms. The lobby is lovely and updated but no one bothered to do anything to the rooms. Bathrooms are terribly outdated. Rooms are “tired”, a little beat up, and just kind of meh. It’s hard to believe you are staying at a Lowe’s. Amenities stink. The coffee maker is so cheap and crappy along with the coffee. No microwave, no complimentary water, nothing that feels special. I used to think of Loew’s as a little higher end but when in the room I felt like I was at a Fairfield inn.

Great place to stay

Our stay was fantastic and Kerry really helped us with our travel for a future stay we are planning. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The bed was very good for a person with a bad back. The location was great and was close to all the main attractions. Look forward to coming back soon.

This property was very nice to stay at. I went with my 15 year old son and we were there for his birthday. The staff is very friendly, nice, and helpful. The grounds are well kept and clean. I felt safe in and around the hotel. The food was amazing. The hotel did offer room service, house keeping, and was a great size. I would def recommend the stay!
