Tonia in room service made our trip special

Overall this property is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed in another room at this property with a much nicer bathroom than the one we had this time. This one could definitely use an update. Room service was outstanding. Tonia was so friendly and through our conversation found out we were celebrating our anniversary so she came back with a bottle of wine and a sweet card. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. My only complaint was breakfast. When I stayed here in January there was a lovely Sunday brunch. That wasn’t available this time and the food from the menu was so-so for the price. The service was not anything special either. I would have gone to a local spot outside of the hotel if I had known how it would go.

Weekend Getaway

Hotel was great, exceeded all of my expectations. The valet attendant was extremely helpful, the front desk lady was super friendly, sweet, and efficient and of course the room was great. The bed was super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet when I went to sleep. I also ate my dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and both were delicious.
