We were sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, beds hadn’t even been made. We were placed in another room, that hadn’t been finished cleaning. Front desk employee was rude and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. We were only allowed 1 key for the 4 of us. Asked to speak to the manager on the phone, the front desk employee explained the situation to her and her response was, if they don’t like it, they can leave. Had we have not pre paid for the room, we would have left. Other guests experienced the same. I will not stay at this establishment again, nor would u recommend it.

Pretty old hotel, rooms are okay but rest needs improvement. Also move to a better room access system, they give you one fob and say if you lose is it costs 150 dollars. What if another adult needed a key?

The room was too small, had inadequate storage. I guess I can understand the logic in no breakfast but it was not a cheap stay and cold coffee didn't help. The staff was fine but the method to gain entry by the front door was very poor.

Easy check in. Great access to the French Quarter without having to pay higher rates to be in it. On a street car line or easier to get uber than when I stayed right in the French Quarter. Room was very clean. Nice courtyard and pool area. Would have been nice to have a fridge for drinks but we got by using the ice machine. Security was great also.

Relatively inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area! Parking area is gated! Location is close enough to walk to the French Quarter but far enough away that it’s quiet! We love staying here overnight for a quick getaway!

Our AC unit was broken the whole time we were there. Stopped working at 73 degrees and went up to 77 degrees. The door doesn’t close all the way & the drain in the sink was so backed up you couldn’t wash your face or brush your teeth without it getting clogged.

Honestly I was a bit nervous at first for this solo stay, but it turned out nice. I didn’t go in the pool, didn’t like how it looked but people were in there. I’m not sure of they had breakfast, I didn’t see or smell anything. It was pretty quiet the whole time.
