This is our 2nd time staying at One11. The hotel is perfectly located close enough to walk to bourbon & frenchmen but far enough away from the madness. It's clean and welcoming. We forgot our bathing suits so we didnt't use the pool but it was really nice to sit by in the morning to have our coffee. Behind the hotel is a quick walk to the Mississippi and riverboat tours, a casino and a mall.

I found my go to hotel on NOLA

Great place to stay. Close to the French Quarter but out of the fray. Easily walk to all the cool spots. Great for big groups, there are a lot of places to hang out. Loved the breakfast. Would def stay here again.

We were impressed with the style and restoration of the property and the interesting history. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious. The complimentary breakfast however, could have been better. The offerings were good, but it was the same menu every day. It seems like there could have been some occasional change. We were surprised there was no restaurant offerings for unch or dinner, only a bar with a few appetizers. Also, there was no common area where we could use a microwave for beignets or snacks. Nor was there an option to print boarding passes. Otherwise, our stay was adequate.

This is a boutique historic hotel. Much of it's architectural history was incorporated in the modern upgrade. Had a nice ambiance. The room was unique in design and sleeping was easy. good bed. We were surprised that breakfast was included, and it was wonderful! The staff was helpful and gave us good advice for sightseeing. I would stay there again if I return to New Orleans.

The hotel is lovely. When I booked I liked the uniqueness of the hotel and it does not disappoint. Rooms were clean, stocked well. The only thing with our room is we wish there were some chairs. Continental breakfast is filling, good variety. Staff was wonderful, and helpful.

We loved staying here!!! An old sugar warehouse made into a unique beautiful hotel!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Front desk was amazing and Melissa in the lounge/bar was amazing!!! We will definitely stay here again next time we come to New Orleans!

Wonderful place to stay!! The only slightly odd thing was the opaque glass in the shower that could be seen from the rest of the room. Normally not a concern but the room had 2 queen beds. Probably not the greatest idea.

The hotel was a nice boutique hotel. It would have been good to say there was no valet and it was self park in the city lots. The staff wasn’t that welcoming when we first arrived, but the staff after that first encounter were pleasant. I would the hotel was clean and adequate, but not luxury.
