Wonderful staff, very clean, good location. The trains and ships run close to the hotel so you will hear them blow their horns, but it didn’t bother us.

I absolutely loved this property and believe it has officially become my go-to hotel in NOLA. The only downside for me is that, as a business traveler, I found the lack of desks in the rooms a bit inconvenient. When I inquired about it at the front desk, the response was less than ideal—I was met with a blank stare at first, followed by an explanation that desks aren’t offered due to the hotel’s boutique style. I managed to make do by pushing a couple of small cocktail tables together and using the bed as a chair, but in other hotels, a simple request for a workspace has been met with an easy solution—like a small table being brought to the room, no questions asked. That said, I still love the hotel and will likely return. I just wish there were a more flexible approach to accommodating business travelers' needs.

This is a beautiful modern boutique style hotel. The ambience is all there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They go above expectations with service provided. Stayed in the beautiful riverbend suite its a must if you enjoy a beautiful morning/evening outdoors on the spacious patio balcony overlooking the River.

We hosted a party here last year and wanted to stay. It is quaint, but swanky. The vibe is very calm and laid back, and the room is contemporary. The city view was amazing! Minorly pricey, but definitely worth the cost.
