Overall the One11 was a great stay. This hotel is very adult centric. That being said it was pretty disappointing that the pool was only open until 9 pm and the bar was only open from 4 to 10. I will say The staff was great!

Decent Option in French Quarter

We were in NOLA for a wedding right after the snowstorm. The first 24 hours we did not have hot water so they gave us a pass to shower at the gym across the street, which was very dated. The hotel was clean with minimalist industrial chic decor and a great location, but there was no vibe in the bar or dining room during the three days we were there. The complementary breakfast was also not very impressive. There was usually one person at the front desk, who was friendly, but there was no atmosphere, which was definitely lacking. It felt more like a quiet apartment building if that is what you’re looking for. Also, the train tracks are on the backside of the building and horns blow all night so if you’re looking for quiet, you may want to request the side facing town. Overall, it was a decent option, but for the price, they should have robes and slippers in the room. They are only available upon request. I did like that it was a few bocks away from Bourbon Street but also a quick walk to everything you’re looking for in the French Quarter.

Clean and good location with breakfast

We happened to be there the week of the historic New Orleans snowfall and were very happy with how the hotel managed the challenges. We ended up staying longer than expected and were able to keep our same room, a spacious updated 2 Queen. The hotel had its staff stay over ahead and during the storm to ensure no change was in experience for the guests. They kept entry areas free of snow and ice. As the weather warmed a pipe burst on the 3rd floor meaning most of the hotel had no water (ground floor ok). The hotel made arrangements with a fitness club across the street for showers etc during the 1/2 day repairs were being made. The continental breakfast was great and had long hours. Staff was friendly and accommodating for all of our asks.

Very nice hotel within walkable distance of everything. enjoyed my stay right next to the mall and walking distance from the casino. Just be prepared to pay for parking about 50 bucks a day but lot is right next to the hotel and well lit.

Beautiful hotel! The location was perfect for us and the staff was so kind! Free continental breakfast was a plus. The only downside is the music you can hear from the riverboats in the morning. Imagine carnival music. We would stay here again even with the noise. 10/10!
