There's a street car stop directly in front of the hotel which was so convenient! The location is wonderful for those not wanting to stay near the french quarter. The garden district homes are walkable. The staff was very helpful for directions and recommendations. The rooms are a great size with fantastic lighting. For young children, there was a collection of holiday books in the lobby to read (staff said they change for each month/holiday).

The rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was very quiet which was nice for an extended stay. The hotel was a great place to stay for us while recovering from breast surgery. Hospital was close and food choices were good. Walmart delivery and Grub hub worked well for this location. My caretaker was able to work remotely the only issue was internet would seem to go down every 3-4pm and we would have to reboot.

The room, overall, was nice. It was unique and compared to other hotels I have been to. The location was great to the area. However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The sheets were stained and we had to have new linens brought to change ourselves. The floor had not been cleaned and the bathroom as well was not cleaned. When addressed with the staff we were given attitude when we questioned if the sheets had been changed prior to our arrival and on requesting new sheets.

The hotel's location is very convenient to areas across the city. Our room was clean, and the A/C was effective. We were pleased that our room was quiet even though we were next to the elevator machine room, which was pretty loud in the hallway and even in our bathroom. We also appreciated the ample free parking. We would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Most of the hotels in NOLA that are located in old, refurbished buildings have small, cramped rooms with low ceilings and sketchy plumbing. The Coach House might as well have been a brand new building. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Top notch service all around.
