The room was very beautiful, I alerted the front dest that there was a security issue with the door. I was that maintenance was done for the day. I had also asked for a late checkout, only asking for 1 hour for a work meeting. I was told that I stayed they would have to charge $75 and hour.

The hotel is nice, feel safe, but staff act as if they really didn’t want to be at work today and also when I asked about the free beverage, I was told they discontinued that. That would have been nice to know because that’s one of the reasons I booked this room. Other than that, everything was fine

Unsatisfactory

The fact that we were there for 3 nights and never hot housekeeping was very upsetting. We were guaranteed after the 2nd night and were expected to go get our own towels. It advertised as a VIP hotel and never received our bottle of wine even though I inquired about it. Its not the safest area if you want to walk around, it also advertised onsite bar which was closed the whole time.

Room was spacious and bed was neatly made and clean. Bathroom was beautiful. However, the floor needed mopping in bedroom area, and there was a shortage in one light socket and unrepaired damage to a wall.

I enjoyed the Jung Hotel. Rooms aren’t super equipped for longer stays, but definitely a nice touch to stay in. I thought the staff were very friendly. The parking costs too much. You should be able to find parking around the place for little to no cost however. Right on Canal and across the street from the streetcars. Can’t go wrong!
