The rooftop pool was awesome, however it would've been nice if the bar was actually staffed. Also, the pool is a bit of walk from the rooms. For example, Rooms --> Elevator to lobby --> walk to other side of hotel --> Elevator to pool.

Arrived off a cruise ship at 9am and were given our room straight away which was fantastic! Also requested a taxi to the airport the next morning which was there waiting for us when we came down. Excellent service!

The staff was very friendly, but cleanliness could have been better; our floor was never mopped the whole time we were there. The bottoms of my socks were black. We used the pool a lot, it was fairly dirty; no one seemed to attend to it. We cleaned the pool every time we got in it. Everything from cocktail napkins to bugs to wood chips in the pool. The front desk was extremely helpful. The fridge did not work in our room. When they fixed it, it was noisy all the time. Your TV selection is beyond boring, not that you come there to watch TV, but having YouTube or some other pay options would be nice. The building itself could use some repairs too. Overall it was a good stay, the staff made it.
