I left a personal item in my room after checkout and by using the text feature I was bale to communicate with the property for a coordinate a convenient return. I would also like to mention that I meet Meka at check in and she made my visit so personable. It was refreshing to be personally greeted upon my return each afternoon and evening. I

When we arrived we had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed since we were 3 people in the room, but the staff came right away and took care of us. They were incredibly easy to work with.

I loved the fact that staff responded extremely fast to any request. Its not that long of a walk from some good sights. Plus its right next to a historic, beautiful park.

The location was lovely and very convenient. Getting the balcony room is worth it. The staff leaves a lot to be desired and while there was a kettle in the room, there were no coffee cups. No they didn’t have any at the front desk. But overall good stay. Convenient location. Clean room. When you can find the staff, they are pleasant.

Great location! 5-15min walk to everything. Clean. Easy check in and out process. Friendly staff. A great bonus was being able to store luggage after checking out so we were able to enjoy our last day before leaving for the airport!

Really great deal on a beautiful hotel. Room was large and comfortable. Conveniently located within walking distance or the Riverwalk, French Quarter and Garden District. Electronic check in was easy and convenient to not have to keep track of a key card. Parking isn’t on site and is just an unsecured parking lot a short walk from the hotel but it turned out not to be a big deal.
