Pools only 3 ft deep adults have to turn in a card to get breakfast eggs and sausage, they only gave us 2 to start and had to ask for another. Pool area is interesting but the “party” rainbow lights all day made it hard to see in the morning. The room had sloppy painting all over. There was staining in the tub from hard water.

It was disgusting, there was mold growing on the walls in room 118, I have pictures of it. It was in the corner by the door that you could not open, I ordered a pool side room and every room that they put us in had problems and we changed 3 times. We deserve a refund.

The room smelled to moldy and damp. We asked for a refund we could not stay. We stayed one night because we had tickets to the Red. Festival. But had to leave the next night. Lost our money one one night of stay. Because we booked thru a third party, I guess you guys! Would like a refund for the one-night we had to leave. due to poor breathing and moldy room.
