I really liked everything about this hotel, even though other people's reviews made me hesitant at first. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, and the only thing it lacked was a microwave—which wasn’t a big deal.

Lets start with checkin, requested to check in early before check in time, staff at the front was welcoming and elevator was also fast, I’m on 26th floor view from my room was very nice and quiet. Will stay there again for sure.

2nd time stay and another great experience

Great experience overall. This is the second time we stayed at the AC Marriot in downtown. I have two comments... 1) The lighting in the elevators are very dim. A young couple had use their iPhone flash light to see the floor buttons. 2) Parking was fine and service was good. It would be great to have valet service from the hotel, but certainly not a deal breaker. I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay at the AC Marriot in downtown. Thank you!

We were without water and could not shower before our check out. As a gold member, I had requested late check out but I was not informed there was a broken water main which had affected the hotel. When I went to the front desk and asked, they said it was nearby and they did not know when it would be fixed but that they would deposit 20K points in my account, which, never happened. thank you.
