We had a blast! I love how accommodating the staff are. They took care of us so good we appreciate it so much.. they are very friendly. The service was excellent! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5) Stayed: June 5–7 at Arlo NoMad We stayed at Arlo NoMad for two nights (June 5–7) and overall had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we felt relaxed during our stay. On the first morning, breakfast took quite a while to arrive (about 40 minutes), but the service was much better the next day — it was clear the team took action to improve. The only real downside was the view from our window, which wasn’t quite what we expected for the price. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall positive impression. Thank you to the Arlo team for the hospitality. A solid choice for a short New York stay!

Loved this hotel! Great location, close to Penn station and 5th Ave/Times Sq with easy transport links all over. Room was really nice, bigger than expected and very clean. All the facilities worked very well and the decor was cool. The roof terrace is amazing, worth the stay by itself. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in tne restaurants but they looked good.

Overall had good staff and beautiful views. The one thing that disgusted me was that I was not advised or warned that I was passing my check out time, so they charged me an extra $206 for late check out. Not to mention our hotel was not ready when we arrived so we had to wait four hours for us to get our room. We were exhausted walking around New York tired. I would like a refund of the extra $206 late fee of check which was not mentioned to me and the fact that they were not ready when we arrived for our trip. Thank you, but beautiful hotel, just didn’t like the last minute fee which was unexpected.
