Great hotel and life saver

Stayed here great view. Great service loved the front desk people will always stay here. I left hotel Oyo just to come here because they had bugs in the shower and was so unsafe with a small elevator. The security here is great and actually work and do their jobs. No marijuana smell. Had clean dining as well. Plus the free water.

Extremely rude manager. I had an issue with my check in and she couldn’t have been more miserable. Everyone else I interacted with was very pleasant, that it’s unfortunate one manager could give the hotel a bad rep.

We requested the invoices be separated into three different payments and even sent the information prior to arrival. This was not done and we had to wait with 12 people in our group in the lobby. We are considering doing this same type of trip in the future with 12 plus rooms but need the check in to be quicker.

I had a great experience staying at Arlo NoMad. The location is perfect, it made it easy to explore all the nearby attractions and neighborhoods. Very modern, updated rooms. Small but roomy enough for a couple. Me and my wife stayed for one night for a very good price. The rooftop vibes and drinks were real nice, real great views of the city. We also had breakfast at the nomad diner, food was very good, but a bit pricey considering we had a 20% discount. Overall would definitely like to stay here again or other arlo hotel in the city.

Overall, our stay was very good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only inconvenience we experienced was with the elevator — the button for our floor (4th) wasn’t working when we arrived, and we had to wait a long time before getting an elevator. Other than that, everything was great.
