My stay where do I start the property is amazing, the staff, the area it’s the best place I’ve stayed. And I’ve made it my new place and the only place I trust I’m stayed in a bunch of places and this one is by far the best. I do recommend and I will be back for sure. It’s hard to explain how great the hotel is u have to try it for yourself and you’ll understand 20 out of 10 amazing
We really enjoyed our stay at the Arlo NoMad hotel. It was centrally located and easy to navigate to and from. The highlight was the nighttime front desk staff who were charming, engaging and friendly. I was traveling with my teen daughter for her birthday and they were always asking about our adventures.
The room [bunk beds] was fine but did not match the photos and had clearly lived a life. It seemed to be somewhat in disrepair. However, everything was clean and we had what we needed. We were barely in the room anyway.
Overall, a nice stay.
I celebrated my Birthday here in March. This hotel was the best hotel choice for me , it is central to everything , the STAFF customer service is TOP TIER !! Anthony was amazing, he made sure everything that I needed was available for me. I made the last minute decision to order roses , which wasn’t in the time frame and Anthony made it happen. The Security guy that works second shift was so nice making sure to ask me was everything going ok when he seen me. The young lady who worked the front desk was beyond helpful ! When I pulled up to hotel it was raining and the guy that works first shift immediately came out to grab my luggage allowing me to run in and start my check in process. I will be back sooon !
