When I booked this hotel I expected just another hotel but it's not this hotel is amazing. Rooms are great, clean, modern and well laid out. Highly recommend if you're planning a trip to NYC and a definitely if you plan on staying in the lower East side area.

The hotel is clean, and has easy check in. Rooms are really small and bed is against the wall so you need to jump over the other person if you need to use the bathroom. The area is sketchy but known for artistic and live performance events.

Small but mighty- served its purpose for a work trip. Great location for getting around - clean - great staff. Rooms are small but bed and pillows are so comfortable. Roooftop bar is an amazing experience however drinks are very small and overpriced. Canteen M has amazing coffee and service. Dislike: wish hot water was hotter - door on shower opened in so door gets wet every time and makes a mess. Not a lot of storage area. Wish the fridge was larger - did not know that downstairs had a microwave until last day.
