Had to wait for staff to acknowledge us as they were serving others who had arrived after us. Staff talking to themselves so not sure if they were representing club quarters as the property has two hotels in the block Had a hissing sound in the bathroom when light switch was on and asked for an engineer to look at it as I had concerns over potential electrical issue. Front desk told me that an engineer had visited but did not know the outcome. So I waa not sure if it was ok or not. The hissing sound remained during our stay. The AC also makes a big noise for some time before going to a hum. This is all the time when the unit is on. The hotel and its staff are key when away from home they set the tone for your visit. I was disappointed as I had done research and based on the reviews I biked this hotel. We were not told to check in when we first arrived so ended up with a room near the lifts. Then we were given a room with the potential electrical issue. The staff did help with directions. I have stayed at other club quarters properties even in New York and would not be staying at this location again. Overall disappointing experience with concerns over safety.

Great location right in mid-town, clean and comfortable hotel. The only thing I wish it had was breakfast in the hotel, but honestly, that's not a huge deal with so many other options nearby. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Though centrally located, there was little to no street noise in the room. The air conditioner was difficult to operate but we managed. The staff was gracious as we entered and left the hotel and accommodated our request for more towels and hangers. We were disappointed that the last two days we were unable to use the coffee machine and sit on the outdoor space on the top of the building.
