Good location, walking distance to a lot of things incl the subway. Good size room and comfortable bed. It’s a busy hotel and waiting for the lift was the only issue we had. It was a pleasant stay

I have never seen a hotel bedroom so tiny. It felt more like one of those pad bedrooms. You can't even open the desk chair completely to sit. The bedroom didn't have a fridge, so I requested one and they had to place it under the desk because that was the most free space available. In the bathroom, you can't open the shower doors and the bathroom door at the same time. I'm a petite person. I'm 5’2” with 130 pounds and I was very uncomfortable. I had a small carry-on that I had to open on top of the side table because there was no other space available. The location was perfect, with great food options, and close to transportation and shopping.

This hotel was in a great area. It is walkable to so much and only a small walk to the subway. Hotel room was clean and nice. The lobby area was crowded and we had to wait a few times to get an elevator. We would stay there again .

The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. Housekeeping also needs a kick up the backside - no coffee cups most days and no towels on one day. And a defunct phone so couldn’t call anyone to fix this. On the plus side, good location, easily walkable to good restaurants, theatre-land and everything else, and relatively cheap by NYC standards. You get what you pay for I guess. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

DISAPPOINTMENT

big, HUGE disappointment. Been in Double Tree Kesington London, and was just great. Because of that experience I decided to repeat in NYC. Big mistake. The hotel was a shame in comparison. Elevators were destroyed, lobby was a mess, breakfast area of a very low quality. Tiny-impossible rooms. Broken shower doors. Never ever will come back. Not worth the money.
