I had a very uncomfortable night due to the bad quality of mattress, pillows and noisy rooms next to mine. Will not stay in this hotel again ! Very tiny bedroom, bathroom door does not give privacy and I could hear everything from the other bedroom. Staff is very nice though!

I had an extremely disappointing and hurtful experience during breakfast. A staff member working in the kitchen treated me in a discriminatory and racist manner. No one should ever have to face such behavior, especially in a place that serves the public. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and should not be tolerated under any circumstances. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures proper training and accountability to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Title: Perfect Stay – Great Location & Outstanding Staff! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around super easy. The room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable—exactly what I needed after a busy day. Everything was clean and well-kept, and I felt right at home. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The front desk team was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made me feel like a valued guest. The staff in the breakfast area were also wonderful—always cheerful and attentive. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I really hope to stay here again soon!

It was a good property overall just the air needs better ventilation as it feels like dust at times when ac gets turned on after being off for hours. Other than that the space is decent and amenities are good. As well as the breakfast is good. Just parking around area is only for pick up or drop off.

TV had no connection (only Internet), coffee maker broken, support staff not speaking english, but that was not major issues. What annoyed us was the fact that we explicitly told the staff that we did not want room service. The second day we discovered they had been in the room, moved our private belongings around and left some on the floor. Not cool!
